The principle responsibilities of a Supply Chain Subsidiary Support Specialist include but are not limited to the following:
Data entry of all Sales Orders and RMAs from assigned Sensitech subsidiaries and branches ensuring that the data is entered correctly within the specified data entry time frame (Close of business daily)
Coordinate direct freight shipments with buyers, included but not limited to selecting appropriate shipping method (small parcel vs FF) for subsidiary shipments.
Create / Review international shipping documents (Commercial Invoice, Packing Slips etc.)
Facilitate Return Material Authorization (RMA) documents as needed to ensure smooth return process within company policy including but not limited to, data entry, coordinating the receipt, and processing credit requests etc.
Provide Post Validation/Calibration, Build Plan reports and Certificates to subsidiaries as requested
Coordinate monthly recycle with subsidiaries, including virtual transactions and instructions/disposition for returns
Work with cross functional teams such as Finance, production and materials to ensure all intercompany transactions have been processed completely and correctly.
Maintain Intercompany PO suggestions– ensuring all suggestions are processed, reviewed, closed/voided and communicating changes/updates with the corresponding subsidiary
Maintain Customer Price List for all subsidiary offices
Follow End of Month review, ensuring all end of month transactions are complete
Support all offices with intercompany order processing, ERP system training, Intercompany transfer pricing, stocking questions/concerns, and freight.
Perform other duties as assigned
Essential Knowledge & Skills:
Verbal and written fluency in English required. Spanish and/or Portuguese a plus
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
Minimum 4-6 years’ experience in international order processing, and accurate data entry.
Computer literacy and hands on working knowledge of MS Office, Word, Excel and general knowledge of ERP systems required ( EPICOR preferred)
Experience in a Materials or Supply Chain environment preferable
Understanding of international logistics, Incoterms, freight routing and documentation
Strong attention to detail required.
Excellent inter-personal skills and ability to communicate with co-workers, subsidiary associates, and cross functional teams in an accurate, professional manner.
