We are looking for a Finance Specialist to join the Global Operations Finance team to manage and drive Aerostructures wide Operational Metrics. This role will be responsible for the reporting and support of SLT Operational Metrics for all programs and global OE sites.
Primary Responsibilities
Generate monthly operations reporting and present to senior leadership. Drive action plans resulting from reviews.
Support Annual Planning process for volume, overhead, headcount
Support Central Operations team in preparation of Inventory reviews and SIOP
Support Annual Capital Budget process by assessing Collins wide investments strategies and implementing throughout site.
Drive Continuous Improvement throughout the Finance organization through automation
Education
Bachelor’s degree in the appropriate discipline and 5 years of relevant experience OR
Advanced degree in the appropriate discipline and 3 years of relevant experience OR
In the absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience is required.
Basic Qualifications
Must be a US Person including green card holders
Background in financial analysis or planning
Experience with ERP systems
Excellent communication and presentation skills along with the ability to manage multiple projects
Ability to effectively respond to and interact with multiple levels of the organization and with staff at remote locations
Exceptional organizational skills and demonstrated ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced, dynamic, team-oriented environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Microsoft tools (Excel, Power Point)
Basic Automation Skills (PowerBI/BW/Webi)
People-management & development skills
