We have a rare opportunity for a Customer Service Representative role at our Dallas, TX facility.
Your primary responsibility for this role is to lead the coordination of Pratt & Whitney’s line maintenance services events and supports PW4000, V2500, PW1000G customers. Customers range from airlines and MRO shops to internal Pratt & Whitney and International Aero Engines customers.
Responsibilities / Accountabilities:
Collect all necessary data and prerequisites from the customer
Evaluate technical feasibility, operational timeline and support of the request
Develop quote and issue quote to the customer for acceptance
Request for quality paperwork to be generated
Request for material to be delivered
Deliver Request for tooling
Assemble team of mechanics, arrange travel and customer visitation schedule
Handle all communication with the customer
Ensure all invoice documentation is available for invoice generation
Monitor P&W LMS key performance metrics
You are a US Citizen due to government contracts
- Bachelor’s degree required; field of study in Engineering, Aerospace preferred
A minimum of 3 years of experience in jet engine maintenance, preferably developing and implementing maintenance plans for customers is required.
A&P License is a requirement.
Aerospace aftermarket and MRO experience strongly preferred.
