We have a rare opportunity for a Customer Service Representative role at our Dallas, TX facility.

Your primary responsibility for this role is to lead the coordination of Pratt & Whitney’s line maintenance services events and supports PW4000, V2500, PW1000G customers. Customers range from airlines and MRO shops to internal Pratt & Whitney and International Aero Engines customers.

Responsibilities / Accountabilities:

  • Collect all necessary data and prerequisites from the customer

  • Evaluate technical feasibility, operational timeline and support of the request

  • Develop quote and issue quote to the customer for acceptance

  • Request for quality paperwork to be generated

  • Request for material to be delivered

  • Deliver Request for tooling

  • Assemble team of mechanics, arrange travel and customer visitation schedule

  • Handle all communication with the customer

  • Ensure all invoice documentation is available for invoice generation

  • Monitor P&W LMS key performance metrics

  • You are a US Citizen due to government contracts

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; field of study in Engineering, Aerospace preferred

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in jet engine maintenance, preferably developing and implementing maintenance plans for customers is required.

  • A&P License is a requirement.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Aerospace aftermarket and MRO experience strongly preferred.

  • Project management, leadership, collaboration, independent performance, attention to detail, clear and consistent communication with colleagues and customers
