CSMC is currently seeking a Special Process Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. CSMC manufactures critical complex aerospace components for commercial and military engine programs. CSMC is a growing business with an opportunity to develop NGPF and JSF hardware utilizing a high variety of state-of-the-art machines, tools, and processes.
This role will support production Welding special processes throughout the CSMC Mod Center.
The type of special processes will include but not limited to the following:
Job Summary -
Process ownership for various manufacturing processes
Ownership of cost reduction and process improvement initiatives
New product and process development
Design and producibility reviews
Daily production support.
Additional responsibilities may include representing CSMC for special events/initiatives
Basic Qualifications -
Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering and/or operations experience.
