This is an expatriate position to be located at Tinker AFB F135 Heavy Maintenance Depot Facility Located in Oklahoma.

Job Description

The F135 Depot CSE position provides onsite support of depot technical activities for F135 International and Domestic Depots. Responsibilities encompass all aspects of engine hardware including resolving technical questions, investigating failures, preparing technical data, Material Review Board activity, and tooling support, Lead The Fleet program support and Depot test cell activities. The position will interface with a wide variety of disciplines including customers, Pratt & Whitney engineering, Logistics Program Management, Operations, and Quality.

• Provide technical support at the depot facility.

• Resolve technical, tooling, and engine test issues.

• Support maintenance and operations on the F135 engine.

• Drive customer satisfaction by influencing the Joint Technical Data.

• Provide Material Review Board support.

• Influence effective solutions for depot implementations plans for new configurations.

• Support depot full capability development and implementation effort.

• Review depot Joint Technical Data change requests.

• Resolve technical, tooling, and engine test issues.

• Identify depot support system issues with leadership and help develop solutions to meet the customer's needs.

• Work with leadership to drive plans and resolutions for issues affecting depot engine readiness and customer satisfaction

• Drive plans and resolutions for issues affecting depot engine readiness and customer satisfaction

• Test Cell operations management and system support to include issue resolution and coordination with Pratt and Whitney Systems Support Team.

Must be willing to flex work schedule to support business as needed.

Must be able to obtain a government security clearances and access.

There may be some travel based on business needs – to be determined

Education/Certifications:

Bachelor's degree is required, preference for an engineering or technical field. Non-technical degrees may be considered with equivalent work experience.

Experience/Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

3+ years of aerospace industry experience

Bachelor's degree

Willing to flex work schedule to support business as needed.

Must be able to obtain a government security clearances and access.

Preferred Qualifications:

F135 engine build experience

Knowledge or direct experience working with jet engine depot operations preferred

2+ years of experience of military engine knowledge and experience

Experience using technical data, drawings and requirements

Good work ethic with solid problem solving ability

Strong attention to detail, excellent written, good communication skills, and tracking work at a micro level.

Excellent PC skills to include MS Office applications; PowerPoint, Excel, MSWord.
