Specific responsibilities of this role include:

  • The Finishing intern shall be responsible for implementation of continuous improvement tasks, larger scale projects, monthly department updates, document and standard procedure updates, and data analysis.

  • The position will also be coached through the intern professional development group in order to develop the skills needed for your career after graduation.

Education / Certifications: Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.

Experience/Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Must be pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.

  • Must have GPA of 3.0 or higher

  • Must have completed 30 hours of college coursework

  • US Citizenship is required.

  • Candidate must be able to work full time during the summer session and part time during the school year.

  • Strong analytical skills coupled with the ability to develop strategy
