KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop strong and trusted relationships with customers through timely and accurate communications

  • Coordinate with internal teams to create “Customer Experience” value to the team – creating customer plan including specific responsibilities of each team to better create this value

  • Drive and establish business process standardization between the value streams and product structures

  • Act as a subject matter expert and support Value Stream Managers in functionally managing their teams of Customer Account Managers

  • Works with Customer Service team to drive process improvement

  • Analyze customer satisfaction metrics to establish ways to improve and drive the “Customer Experience” culture

  • Provides proper contract and warranty fulfilment, ensuring that company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications are met

  • Act as an escalation point for all issues on customer service, driving the “Customer Experience” culture within the organization

  • Work closely with Customer Support team in following up with new business proposals

REQUIREMENT:

  • This position requires a Degree in Business Administration/ Marketing or equivalent

  • At least 3 years of experience in Customer Service or a customer-interfacing role

  • Candidates with experience in dealing with multiple business units/requirements and/or matrix reporting will be considered favourably

  • Excellent written and oral communications

  • Excellent presentation and influencing skills

  • Ability to build rapport and collaborate with different levels of stakeholders

  • Perform well in high-pressure situations and a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to accommodate to business travel requirements
