Under limited direct supervision, performs routine, complex and repetitive assembly operations and processes. Essential Responsibilities: This description is intended to be only a general outline of major responsibilities. It is expected that the employee performs these and any other activities which may be assigned, or which may occur in the normal course of work.
Perform high skill level mechanical and/or electrical assembly across multiple product lines Perform inspection and maintain qualified operator program (QOP) certifications.
Perform rework, mechanical or electrical Perform unique assembly processes.
Accurately read blueprints and electronic schematics as needed Demonstrate proper use of simple hand and machine tools.
Demonstrate proper use of electrical measuring devices.
Demonstrate proper use of mechanical measuring devices.
Accurately read and follow procedures, routing and other work instructions.
Take ownership of accuracy of processes.
Customer Focus Meet internal and external customer deadlines as determined by team.
Build parts that meet drawing specifications with limited to no quality escapes Comply with applicable elements of quality systems (ACE).
Be an informal leader among peers and work successfully in a team environment Handle multiple complex and unique tasks.
Acquire applicable skill/knowledge/certification as required.
Comply with safety and hazardous waste disposal programs.
Participate in continuous improvement efforts (ACE).
Understand end use of manufactured product.
Demonstrate consistent flexibility to meet deadlines and quality requirements.
Works with Engineering to advise and support engineering work outside of the production environment.
Train others for technical and unique tasks.
Take ownership to keep processes moving and on schedule.
Understand and use computer tools such as SAP and accurately follow work instructions.
Achieve special process certification where applicable.
Demonstrate a proactive role in problem solving and assist team in driving problems to closure
Attain certification as a Preliminary Material Review (PMR)
Member Communication Interface with other functional groups to update, inform, acknowledge or resolve problems related to business issues.
Effectively interact with others to ensure mutual success Participation Participate in cost reduction plans.
Participate in waste minimization efforts. Participate in audits.
Minimum Education Requirement:
- High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum Experience:

- 1 years Production experience is required.
Conformal Coat Experience Preferred
3 years of Manufacturing Experience Preferred
Ability to read, interpret, and follow documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and assembly instructions.
Ability to effectively work in an environment requiring repetitive job responsibilities.
Ability to focus on safety and quality is extremely important.
Ability to work autonomously from direct supervisor while achieving all delivery and quality metrics.
Ability to be highly motivated and dedicated to exceeding customer expectations.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
May require rework solder certification as needed ACE Associate preferred
