This position manages a team of intermediate or experienced professionals in General Management, participates in customer facing roles, and represents the organization in communications with key stakeholders. Establishes guidelines for organizational, operational, and financial objectives and recommends new business growth strategies and contract negotiations.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead a military PP&C team in reporting and provide status on program financial and schedule statuses

• Coordination of the interdisciplinary teams, ensuring all program milestones and deliverables are met on time

• Identify risks and obstacles, quantify impacts, and ensure mitigation plans are executed

• Lead formal customer program interaction via weekly and monthly reviews, senior management briefings, etc.

• Monitor, control and report on program progress

• Escalate risk and issues for resolution as appropriate

• Communicate effectively (verbally and written) to program team, UTAS management and the customer

• Ultimately responsible for all aspects of EVMS for the program

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of relevant experience OR

• Advance degree and 3 years of relevant experience OR

• In absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience is required

Qualifications:

• Must be a US Person including green card holders

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in SAP, MS Project, TIGER, and COBRA desired.

• Job requires excellent communication and project management skills.

• Compliance adherence to the ANSI 748 and 32 EVMS guidelines, as well as continuous process improvement through employing UTC ACE tools and culture.
