The position will work closely with the Program Management Office and the External Customer on a regular basis to ensure both internal and customer expectations are met. It is essential for the candidate to have impeccable communication and leadership skills. Dedication, accountability, and a positive attitude are also needed.
Planning, communication and execution coordination of manufacturing planning and hardware schedule milestones and leadership of the extended operations support team
Provide operations strategy to the PMT to meet the program needs
Customer Focal point on all operations/supply chain aspects of the program
Identify and mitigate risks to schedule, identifying and managing action owners to resolution
B5/BA in engineering, business administration or related field
MBA (preferred but not required)
